Please email us at Mark@gabrickBBQ.com so we can make it right. If your product arrived in less than perfect condition, we will ship a replacement out to you immediately, and, of course, the shipping cost is on us!
If you’ve changed your mind, ordered too much, or decide you would like a refund for whatever reason at all, that’s perfectly fine too! Just snap a picture of the “UN-OPENED” item(s) you are returning, attach it in an e-mail and let us know it’s on the way back to us, and include your tracking number.
Upon receiving your unopened return, we will remit a refund in the manner, in which you paid within 1 business day.
The refund does not cover return shipping costs.
You must email us a Tracking number for the items you are returning.
